Q:  How do you ship the wine?

A:  We exclusively use UPS.

Q:  Do I need to be present to receive my order from UPS?

A:  Yes, you must also present your ID to prove that you are over 21 years of age.

Q:  When does my order get shipped?

A:  We currently ship out on Monday through Friday of every week.  Typically, we ship 2 day ground.  Depending on your location from Gatlinburg, TN you may receive your shipment even quicker than 2 days.

Q:  Can I ship to my business address?

A:  Yes, please make sure your employer is OK with you receiving wine at your business.  

Q:  Will I be notified that my order has been shipped?

A:  Yes, you will receive an email that your order has been shipped.  This email will also include a tracking number so you plan accordingly.

Q:  What is the alcohol content of your wines?

A:  Our wine are classified as "Table Wines". By law, that means all of our wines must have a maximum alcohol by volume content of 14%.  Because we craft our wine in multiple batches throughout the year, the alcohol content varies with each batch but always remains below the legal limit.  

Q:  If I am a member of your Wine Club, do I receive an in-store discount on Wines?

A:  Yes, you recieve the discount associated with your Club Level.   If we happen to be offering an in-store promotion, you have the option of receiving the greatest discount offered but cannot stack the promotions.   Sorry no double discounts.

Q:  How do I cancel my Wine Club Membership?

A:  It is as easy to cancel as to sign-up.  Just send an email to stating you would like to cancel.
